Shipping Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at K.ROY. We aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your purchases.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order is successfully placed.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, shipment may take additional days. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.
Some products may qualify for free shipping, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
3. Delivery Timeline
Metro Cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch
Non-Metro Cities & Remote Areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on courier service and your delivery location.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier details via email or SMS.
You can use the provided tracking link to check the real-time status of your shipment.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the package is not received or refused, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Re-shipping the order may incur additional delivery charges.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@kroy.in, along with photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging.
We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
K.ROY is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
7. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India.
