1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described.

You contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original accessories, manuals, and invoice.
Products that are damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation are not eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are non-returnable:

Items that have been used or installed.

Products without original packaging or invoice.

Customized or special-order items.

Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@kroy.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your Order ID, product details, and a brief description of the issue.

Attach clear photos or videos showing the product condition or defect.

Our support team will review your request and confirm eligibility for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions. The product must be shipped back in its original packaging.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If a replacement product is available, we may offer to send a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are subject to product availability and quality verification.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may, however, follow the return process after receiving the product.
